Motrolix supplies 100% original and authentic industrial automation products. All items are sourced from reliable channels and delivered with original packaging and documentation, unless otherwise stated at the time of sale.

30-Day Return and Refund Policy

Motrolix offers a 30-day return and refund policy for eligible products. Customers may request a return within 30 calendar days from the order date, subject to the conditions described in this policy.

Refunds apply only to the product purchase price and do not include shipping or handling fees.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns and refunds are strictly limited to in-stock products. To qualify for a return or refund, all of the following conditions must be met:

• The product is unused and unopened

• The product is returned in original factory packaging

• All original accessories, manuals, labels, and documentation are included

• The product is in resalable condition

Products that do not meet these conditions may be rejected or subject to partial credit at Motrolix’s discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

Shipping and Handling Costs

All shipping, handling, customs, and related fees are the responsibility of the customer. This includes:

• Return shipping costs to Motrolix
